Amélie is a surprising yoga teacher She is very passionate because she shares her knowledge and her good humor with us. We learn to listen to our body and also we learn our limits. She takes the time to explain the movements and breathing techniques to us. She does not hesitate to bring us back to the right path when I take the wrong right hand. She always presents us with alternatives. What is pleasant is that we always travel with it, even in virtual! She gives lots of excellent advice! Definitely worth the cost of doing yoga or other yoga related workout!
